So far i'm still stuck in a rut! I am hoping that with the changes i'm making i will be able to start to see results, i'm also starting to reduce the stress in my life which will be a good thing!

Body Fat: 16.91% (down from last week)
Fat: 22.63 lbs
Muscle: 111.17 lbs

So I'm down in body fat but not weight, I'm going to try a new eating plan this week and a supplement to help me cut down a little, see if i get the results i would like. I feel stuck in a rut and i can't get out hopefully this will help!

Thunder Thighs!


I have Thunder Thighs! I have to buy pants based on my thighs not my waist which can be frustrating! This is a good thought for me that later in life I will be able to do more cause my thighs are big!
